Piano Notes and Dance
The piano notes are raindrops;
A flute is the breeze.
Her dress is layered white laces;
His suit is blue.
Her head rests on his shoulder,
And his broad roughened hand
Encircles her waist.
They swirl - blue and white -
Water and sky.
Chromatic piano chords in a torrent.
Will their dance be longer than spring?
