Join us for a relaxed evening of writing exercises using Tarot-themed prompts for inspiration. The Tarot has a long and rich history, first as a game, then as a treasure trove of world symbolism and mythology. In recent years, it is used as a therapeutic tool. It is fascinating as a part of art history.
We will do a series of creative writing exercises taking inspiration from the symbols and stories of the Tarot. You do not need to be familiar with the Tarot to participate. But if you do have a deck, bring it with you.
Bring your favourite Shiraz or Chardonnay, or a pot of tea, and settle in for a cozy winter night relaxing and getting creative with other writers.
