Through the Keyhole It is easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle than for a woman to live all which she envisions through the keyhole to walk every world ocean and multiply its fishes, to taste every sweet truth and remain in her garden, to move mountains to words, raise bodies from man’s storms, and remain soft. At night, she spins blood into milk, blesses her sick children in a moon dress, ascends dreamless realms. At dawn, she listens for the hymn of her good deeds with only the owl as witness.
