The Pushcart Prize is an annual anthology celebrating small press literary excellence, founded in 1976 by luminaries including Anais Nin, Joyce Carol Oates, Bill Henderson and Ralph Ellison. It is an exciting annual ritual for small press print and online literary journals to nominate six works. The Pushcart team then selects from our nominations. The anthology is distributed by W. W. Norton and Co.
Congratulations to The Ekphrastic Review's nominees for the 2023 Pushcart Prize.
